If for some reason the class you tried didn’t suit your specific needs, there are various other options you can choose from, including one-on-one personal training sessions or semi-private classes with a friend, family member, or spouse. We also offer online Beachbody videos for students who prefer to work out in the privacy of their own home while Novalife offers you the added motivation on the side to encourage you to do your workouts.
Beachbody fitness videos are an amazing tool for self-motivated individuals. The main benefits are that you can learn how to eat using portion control and you have a fitness program laid out for you to do every day. Novalife Fitness completes that process by offering Beachbody challenge program groups for those who need a little extra motivation – we do the videos together and talk about eating properly to build your success with a community of other like-minded people.

The recommended class attendance really depends on each student’s personal fitness goals and we help all of our students find the right balance for their needs. If you are looking to incorporate fitness into your everyday life, you will want to build the habit of exercise and therefore come to class at least two to three days a week to start. In order to see results, you really have to be consistent – coming once a week is not enough unless you already have an exercise routine outside of class. If you are interested in just stretching, attending a yoga class once a week is adequate. Most of our students attend classes anywhere between two and five days a week. Depending on your time availability, the more you can commit, the more you will get out of it!
We recommend you avoid baggy clothes and wear comfortable clothing that fits closer to the skin than you might be used to. We offer changing rooms, so you can change at the studio before or after class if you need to.
